RealWinWin was founded in 2001 by Mark Jewell. With more than a decade of expertise promoting energy efficiency in commercial real estate, Mark's vision was to provide energy usage optimization services to owners and operators of commercial real estate that extended concepts he developed while working with the EPA's EnergyStar programs. The company's original services included Building Triage⢠and NOI Builderā¢, proprietary systems for identifying energy reduction opportunities, analyzing costs and determining how energy use savings would benefit owners and/or tenants.
In 2003, RealWinWin recognized a market need for a centralized source for identifying available energy reduction rebates and incentives, managing the submission of energy projects, and assuring rebate and incentive payments. RealWinWin developed the Financial Incentives National Database (F.I.N.D.), a database of available rebates and incentives, and developed the capability to manage and administer incentive programs on a success-fee basis.
Since then, the company has continued to expand in both size and capability. Doug Bloom was named Chief Executive Officer in 2005. The same year, Leigh Wood joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. In addition, the company expanded its team to include experts in energy engineering, financial analysis, commercial leasing and appraisal, energy program development and implementation, and rebate and incentive administration.
Today, RealWinWin serves an ever-growing client base. In addition to commercial building owners and managers, the company assists electric utilities to extend the reach of their energy reduction incentive programs, and serves as an advocate for manufacturers of energy efficient equipment and products to both utilities and customers.
RealWinWin is currently the only enterprise offering a full spectrum of energy reduction analysis and implementation services, and is the nation's most well known and respected provider of rebate administration services.
