Using the Department of Energy's Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption Survey (CBECS) and other metrics, we'll rank each property's relative energy performance. This ranking will be handled in a way that distinguishes energy purchasing efficiency (utility cost per energy unit purchased) from energy usage efficiency (energy intensity per square foot).
An Immediate View of R.O.I. Potential. RealWinWin's portfolio-wide benchmarking process will incorporate our Preliminary Leasing Questionnaires. (PLQ's) These questionnaires are designed to determine if an asset's leasing structure would make it difficult for the landlord to earn a return on energy efficiency investments at a particular property.
