In Phase II of the Building Triage process, an on-site walk-through is conducted to verify upgrade potential suggested by the remote screening. The on-site walk-through also enables RealWinWin to discover other possible projects that could not have been determined over the phone. Additional energy-saving strategies are often revealed during this physical inspection.

The report generated after the on-site walk-through will include "back of the envelope" calculations that provide estimates of cost and annual savings for the majority of the energy reduction measures identified.

Buildings that continue to show a high probability for investment return then move on to Phase III of the Building Triage process, an investment-grade engineering analysis. By limiting this analysis to only those buildings that have cleared the inexpensive screening process, the cost of the decision-making process is minimized.
