Many Utilities throughout the country have identified Energy Conservation and Energy Efficiency as their primary means for dealing with steadily increasing demand, public outcry against higher energy prices, and constrained supply. Program Development. We design and propose custom energy efficiency and energy conservation initiatives that expand established utility rebate and incentive efforts. Based on the results of our Vendor Outreach efforts, we have a unique vantage point within the industry which enables us to identify and recommend rebate-worthy products, services and technologies to utilities for inclusion in established rebate programs. In optimal cases, we will propose a new type of program to utilize emerging products and services in the form of "custom" utility incentive programs that reduce demand.

Customer Recruiting and Screening. Our broad industry network and regular contact with corporate customers, give us the access needed to market rebate and incentive opportunities on behalf of utilities. This capability provides real advantages in opening doors to hard-to-reach sectors that have traditionally been resistant to energy improvement initiatives. Our customer recruiting and screening services ensure a sufficient volume of targeted incentive program participants with initiatives that are compliant with utility rebate and incentive requirements.
