RealWinWin is Currently Hiring for the Following Positions:

Project Manager

Project Manager needed to research and file for incentives for energy- and water-efficiency improvements to buildings.

3 to 5 years experience in energy services. Familiarity with utility, state, and Federal energy rebate programs and other incentives that encourage demand-side management, load curtailment, etc. Strong background of facilities operations and products that improve energy efficiency. Experience with demand-side management programs that increase energy efficiency through capital improvements (e.g., energy-efficient lighting, HVAC, motors/drives, controls, distributed generation, renewables). Track record of working with mechanical/electrical/energy services contractors; large energy users; energy and real estate trade organizations; and/or utilities. Strong background in arranging surveys of properties, developing energy cost-reduction proposals, researching/filing/processing rebates/incentives, and completing projects.

Applicants must be ready and willing to work on a team and organize long-term projects effectively. Self-directed, detail-oriented, and positively motivated. Strong written and spoken communicator, organized, with good people skills. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
