Our Entrepreneurial Spirit is Alive and Well

RealWinWin is not a traditional corporate workplace - we are a tech start-up spun off from an eight-year-old consulting company. As you might imagine, the entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well.

RealWinWin is first and foremost, an energy efficiency company. While there are other entities that will process rebates or audit buildings, RealWinWin's approaches and solutions consistently drive the most meaningful results. We process thousands of projects, thousands of rebate applications and hundreds of building surveys and audits each year. That's quite a task unto itself. Regardless, everything RealWinWin does is based on sound energy engineering.

RealWinWin's team members contribute meaningful ideas and we put the best ones into action. RealWinWin's people are smart, and we give them the tools and technology they need to excel. We're all about finding solutions to the complex problem of realizing energy efficiency in corporate buildings - and we love what we do.
